Returns
Please note that Boutique West Harmony is a small business, therefore all sales are final. However, we may consider a return in very special or unique circumstances. Please send an email within 14 days to boutiquewestharmony@gmail.com and tell us the reason you would like for us to consider your return. If your return is accepted, the refund could be in the form of a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be considered for a return, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also, we will not consider returns on sale items or gift cards (if applicable).
